The Job

As a Studio Assistant you are part of the Production team, this team is responsible for everything that we produce internally for B2B and B2C purposes.

Your role is to ensure that the process of preparation and execution run as smooth and efficient as possible. You support the Creative Producers and the Photographer in carrying out their role. You assist with the photo shoots internally and support in the preparation of these photo shoots and product photography.

You use your organizational talent to make all processes run as smoothly and efficiently as possible and closely monitor the progress. You are practically trained and know how to keep your head cool in hectic times.

Your Mission
- You prepare the planning for the product photography;
- You oversee and coordinate the entire product photography process from start to finish, maintaining close contact with Product Management, Product Development and our Photographer;
- You handle the ordering, receiving and organizing of all product samples;
- You ensure all content is uploaded and available in the brand portal.
- You oversee quality control of product photos in collaboration with the Creative department;
- You provide constructive feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the photography processes;
- You recommend and implement process improvements to streamline and optimize product photography;
- You support the Creative Producer in preparing and executing the campaign photoshoots, ensuring everything is arranged for a smooth and successful shoot.

Your Talent
- You have completed an MBO or HBO education;
- You are available to work 40 hours per week.
- You possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- You are fluent in both written and spoken English and Dutch.
- You have solid knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), with Navision being a plus.
- You are independent, well-organized, and have a hands-on mentality.
- You have a keen eye for detail while maintaining a good overall perspective.
- You are flexible and can easily adapt to rapidly changing situations.
- You like to travel (inter)nationally (to photo shoots).
- You regularly commute between Den Bosch (where are own photo studio is located), Showrooms and various offices;
- You have a driver's license B.
