Reels Maker

We seek a creative Reel Maker to join our Marketing team at Brainboss. In this role, you will create engaging short-form video content for our social media platforms, focusing on captivating Reels that align with our brand identity and drive engagement. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Ability to create engaging, visually appealing, and innovative video content for platforms like Instagram Reels and TikTok.
- Strong understanding of trends, visual storytelling, and audience engagement techniques.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with brand messaging and marketing goals.
- Proactively identify and act on emerging trends and industry developments.
- Reporting the KPIs on a weekly basis.

**You're a perfect fit if you**:

- A strong portfolio showcasing previous reels or social media content, highlighting your creative and editing skills.
- Experience in creating video content: from 1 year (TikTok and Instagram Reels).
- Experience creating reels or video content for labor advertisements, such as promoting job openings, company culture, or recruitment efforts.
- Are flexible and have strong communication skills.
- High proficiency in English (C1) and preferably Dutch.
- Are highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Are a team player and adapt quickly in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
- Have a proactive and enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn.
