**Role & Department**

Canon EMEA is looking for a **Service Logistical Administrator** in the Broadcast Service department. In this role you be responsible for administrative coordination for service (repair) and service parts orders. The person for this role needs to be passionate about logistics and customer service and thrives in a dynamic environment. As Service Logistical Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing the logistics of incoming and outgoing service and repairs, these tasks are also physically taxing in nature as you will need to lift and move some heavy boxes containing camera lenses. You will be responsible for the administrative handling of repairs, including customer contact regarding quotations, and coordinating import and export controls. Your efforts will ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction. For this role you need a background in administration or customer service, excellent MS Office skills, and a keen interest in broadcast technology.

About the Department: The Broadcast Service Department at the Professional Service Center (PSC) Netherlands is dedicated to providing top-notch service and support for broadcast products across Europe, Russia, the Middle East, and Africa. As a Service Logistical Administrator you will be responsible for:

- Logistical management off incoming and outgoing service/repairs into the PSC Netherlands;
- Responsible for the administrative handling of incoming and outgoing repairs. Including customer contact regarding quotations;
- Coordinating incoming service (repairs) from T1 counties, Import and export control;
- Administrative handling of internal required spare parts;
- You will have key relationships with PSC Netherlands Service Department., PSC Netherlands, BCTV workshop (internal);
- As well as external relationships with Dealers and customers in Europe, Russia, Middle East and Africa.

**What we ask**:
For this role, you will have:

- Atleast lower/intermediate Vocational Education in Administration or Customer Service;
- 1-3 years of experience in a customer service-focused administration environment;
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook;
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment;
- Interest in and knowledge of broadcast products and technology;
- Proficient in Dutch and English (verbal, reading, and writing).
