**About the function**:
As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will take charge of overseeing daily operations and supporting workflow within the warehouse. You’ll also manage a team of 10 warehouse operators on an operational level.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage daily warehouse activities, including receiving, inventory control, and shipping.
- Monitor inventory levels to maintain accuracy and ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Train and supervise warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and operational guidelines.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient and timely operations.
You will working from Monday till Sunday (with one or two days free) in 3 shift:
- from 06:00-14:30
- from 14:00-22:30
- from 23:00-06:30
**What we need**:
- Strong communication skills with proficiency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
- Knowledge and experience in warehouse processes, including import and export operations.
- Familiarity with warehouse (WHS) systems and scanning systems.
- A VGB (Certificate of Good Conduct) is required.

**What we offer**:
- A salary of € 2435,00 - € 3615,00 (depending on experience)
- Shift allowance between 18:00 and 06:00 hour
- Extra allowance of 30% on top of your salary if you worked more than 9 hours
- Saturday surcharge of 50% and Sunday surcharge of 100% on top of your hourly wage
- Surcharges on public holidays of 200% on top of your hourly wage
- Pension accrual and fulltime job for a longer period
- Travel expense reimbursement of 9.30 euros max
