Internal Sales Coordinator

**Mission**:
**Your Role**:

- As Internal Sales Coordinator, you are the customer's first point of contact for sales enquiries, in collaboration with the Export sales force. You are responsible for the smooth course of the Sales process._

**Responsibilities**
- Participate in key projects for the department, like Sales & Operations Planning
- Manage and administer export files in constant contact with customers or the sales force.
- Record customer orders and ensure timely availability of products.
- Maintain contact with customers and sales representatives from order to delivery.
- Follow planning.
- Prepare export documentation packages (invoices, packing lists, health certificates, certificates of origin, etc.).
- Research and propose solutions to customers.
- Organize road/air shipments.
- Participate in the development of work procedures, KPIs and continuous service improvement.
- Update ERP data.
- Interact with third-party services, hatcheries, transporters, veterinary services, quality departments, etc.
