**Wat ga je doen?**

Als Continuous Improvement Site Coördinator ben jij de spil in het realiseren van verbeteringen die écht het verschil maken. Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen en implementeren van de continue verbeterstrategie op onze locaties, waarbij je theorie omzet in praktische en meetbare resultaten. Met jouw expertise zorg je ervoor dat de fabrieken niet alleen hun doelen behalen, maar ook duurzaam beter presteren. Jij bent de sleutel tot het behalen van KPI’s, met een focus op efficiëntere werkprocessen, slimme tools en het vormen van sterk presterende teams.
- Jouw verantwoordelijkheden zijn onder andere:_
- **Leiden van de verbeteringsroadmap**: Jij begeleidt en inspireert de teams op zowel de werkvloer als het leiderschapsteam om de continue verbeterstrategie tot leven te brengen.
- **Coachen en trainen**: Je ontwikkelt en traint in Lean/C.I.tools zoals RCA en A3-methodiek, en helpt teams groeien door workshops en projecten te faciliteren.
- **Optimalisatie op alle fronten**: Door middel van audits en benchmarks identificeer je prestatiegaten en zet je deze om in concrete verbeterinitiatieven.
- **Teamwork stimuleren**: Je betrekt medewerkers bij verbetertrajecten op het gebied van Veiligheid, Kwaliteit, Productiviteit en Kosten (QCDM), en creëert zo een cultuur van continue verbetering.
- **Problemen oplossen met creativiteit**: Je ondersteunt managers en projectteams bij het analyseren van oorzaken en het nemen van actie, en stimuleert een innovatieve, oplossingsgerichte mindset.
- **Projectmanagement**: Van dagelijkse productiemeetings tot het leiden van specifieke verbeterprojecten: jij houdt overzicht, bewaakt de voortgang en zorgt dat alles volgens planning en budget verloopt.
- **Balans tussen veiligheid en productiviteit**: Je weet de juiste prioriteiten te stellen en zorgt voor naleving van alle veiligheids-, gezondheids-, milieu
- en kwaliteitsvoorschriften.

**Wat vragen wij?**
- Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol (denk aan een rol als Continuous Improvement Coördinator of Productiemanager);
- Aantoonbaar HBO werk
- en denkniveau in een bedrijfskundige, logistieke of technische richting;
- Ervaring met C.I.methoden zoals TPM of Lean is een pre;
- Jij zet van nature situationeel leiderschap in en zet je weerstand om in de bereidheid om te veranderen. Hierbij handel je positief en oplossingsgericht.
- Goed cijfermatig inzicht is belangrijk binnen deze rol, maar de echte veranderingen realiseer je op de werkvloer.
- Jij beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in zowel het Nederlands als Engels.

- Reiskostenvergoeding van €0,23 per kilometer, vanaf 5 t/m 35 kilometer enkele reis;

We hebben ook een focus op biologische en glutenvrije koek. Naast private label bedienen we de markt met onze merken: Kanjers, Buys, Haust, Grabower, Brinky, Bussink en Gille.
