To be responsible for all resources, and logistics required to perform services and maintenance activities on customers' site/property.

As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Being responsible for field resource deployment planning and execution to meet customer and business metrics.
- Executing recruitment, skills reviews, and resource development through advance level training.
- Communicating across direct organization. Presents to senior leaders (EB and SEB) in specific technical space and on cross functional teams.
- Handling latitude in project techniques. Project process requires choosing right approaches. Employees should have technical know-how.
- Handling diverse clients in a region. Follows frameworks to get through the processes.

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a Bachelor's with proven experience in a Services environment.
- Have proven experience in Resource Management.
- Fluent in English and preferably a second European language.

- Monday to Friday 0900 - 1700hrs
- 2 days working remote once settled into the position
- On-call once a month for a week
