Customer Service Representative

RED is an international company in production, storage, and trade of lecithin. Founded in 2016, and growing fast.
Lecithin is used in food, animal feed, and others. You probably eat it every day. RED has offices in NL and USA; production is in NL.
We import from North and South America, Asia and other countries, and we deliver to customers in 4 continents who rely on our high-quality products.
What do we ask
- Living in or around Dordrecht ( max 20km)
- 1 year or more experience as import and/or export forwarder
- Speaks and writes English
- Feels good working alone and in a small team
- Has the desire to stay with us for many years
In this role, you will be responsible for amongst others
- Importing containers from different parts of the world
- Shipping out groupage deliveries to our customers
- Contact with our forwarding partners
- Stock levels in our warehouses
- Supplying the right quality documents to our customers
- Control and approve quality documents of our suppliers
- Communication between production and external logistic partners
