**The position**

As a FSD Production Lines Operator you are responsible for the operation of your FSD production line, many robots, vision systems, lasers, and sophisticated testing equipment in a high-tech cleanroom.

The employee works on the basis of orders from the planning team (work lists), on the basis of available drawings and the company's book of standards. The work sequence of work orders is fixed in the work list, if this cannot be respected, this must be reported to the manager. In the event a manager is not available, the next available production order from the work list is to be used. The employee will be confronted with a wide variety products. The order size varies from a few hundred pieces to large series of up to 15,000 pcs. The operator may be required to set up the machine several times per shift.

**Your responsibilities**:
Preparation
- Setting up the machine by calling up a standard program from the machine's memory based on the work list, drawing and works instructions.
- Cleaning the machine according to the work instructions
- Selecting and collecting material from stock.
- Ordering materials required for the order in the warehouse.

Execution
- Execution of work in accordance with work order
- if necessary, adjustment of the mechanical equipment in order to achieve the required level of quality and output.

Control
- Checking of work carried out using available measuring instruments and on the basis of applicable standards.
- Checking the 1st and last product of the work order to be produced and registering data in accordance with work instructions.

Other activities
- Closing the production order and preparing produced parts for delivery to warehouse
- Packaging finished goods according to the customer and internal requirements.
- Recording of process data in accordance with work instructions.
- Carrying out minor maintenance work on the machine.
- Write-off completed orders in the automated system.
- Performing 1st line maintenance - minor adjustments

To complete the Process Engineering team of 6 people, we are hiring a **FSD Production Lines Operator.**

Wymagania dotyczące pozycji:
**What do you bring?**
- MBO3/4 with preferably technical aspects;
- Minimum 2 years of experience working as an operator of Hi-Tech machinery including CNC machines and/or robotic work cells;
- Be able to read technical drawings;
- Experience in environment with 3-shift production and willing to work in 3-shifts;
- Supporting team player with excellent communication skills in English and/or Dutch.
