Medior BI Analyst

**As our BI Analyst**:
You will translate data into information to enable correct decision-making. Your goal is to enable our organization to become (more) data-driven. The BI Analyst is responsible to create and maintain the reports and dashboards. Therefore, you need to develop a lean and effective KPI framework, which is uniform and consistent for all domains. You will work closely with the business to understand their (reporting) needs. You report to our Data Intelligence & Pricing Manager.

**You will**:

- Perform quantitative analyses using statistical methods and tools to identify trends, patterns, and insights
- Create models such as regression, time series analysis, and machine learning algorithms to forecast future outcomes
- Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or custom scripts to present findings effectively
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into analytical requirements
- Explain complex data insights clearly and concisely to non-technical stakeholders
- Maintain documentation of data sources, analysis methodologies, and results

**You have**:

- Bachelor's degree in a field related to Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Economics. Advanced degrees or certifications in data science, analytics, or business intelligence are a plus
- 4+ years of relevant working experience
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL, and R.
- Knowledge of statistical methods and data modelling techniques.
- Ability to work with large datasets and data warehousing solutions.
