Hier kun jij een belangrijke bijdrage aan leveren

**Functieomschrijving**:
Als Maintenance Mechanic ben je verantwoordelijk voor het mínimaliseren van stilstand tijden aan het machinepark en productiemiddelen van KMWE. Dagelijks ben je bezig met het uitvoeren van reparaties en onderhoud aan het machinepark en productiemiddelen van KMWE. Hierbij houd je rekening en ben je bewust van kosten
- en kwaliteitsbewaking. Je hebt ervaring met het periodiek meten van de nauwkeurigheid en geometerie van de machines.

**Taken en verantwoordelijkheden**:

- Je bent medeverantwoordelijk voor het beheer en onderhoud van het machinepark en de installaties van alle KMWE-panden, zowel preventief als curatief en je bent verantwoordelijk voor de uitvoering hiervan;
- Je analyseert aangemelde storingen en aan de hand van deze analyse bepaal je de prioriteit en de reparatiemethode. Je organiseert de reparatie en je houdt degene die de storing gemeld heeft op de hoogte van de ontwikkelingen;
- Je instrueert en begeleidt externe onderhoudsmonteurs;
- Je bent medeverantwoordelijk voor de beschikbaarheid van gereedschappen, onderdelen en kennis ten behoeve van de uitvoering van reparaties en onderhoud;
- Je denkt actief mee en je neemt initiatief over processen binnen de afdeling en technische vraagstukken;
- Je draagt mede zorg voor het opstellen van afname-eisen bij nieuw aan te schaffen machines/installaties;
- Je draagt zorg voor het invullen, bijhouden en archiveren van machine
- en onderhoudsgegevens;
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het periodiek meten van de nauwkeurigheid en geometrie van de machines.

**Functie eisen**:

- Je beschikt over een MBO opleiding in een technische richting (mechanisch, elektrotechnisch) met vakgerichte cursussen op het gebied van elektronische besturingen, pneumatiek en hydrauliek;
- Je hebt mínimaal 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke functie in een productie-omgeving;
- Je beschikt over goede communicatieve vaardigheden;
- Je beschikt over een grote mate van zelfstandigheid, een goed analytisch vermogen, sterke overtuigingskracht en flexibiliteit;
- Je bent een echte teamplayer met een proactieve houding en een hoge mate van verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel;
