As Warehouse Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the Team Lead in combination with collaborating in the department. You will work at the Best site, a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, where you will work in a precise manner and where the focus is on quality. You are responsible for the functional management of the team and, in consultation with the Teamleads, determine the daily capacity distribution and management. You supervise compliance with work instructions and procedures in the department and you provide input to the Team Leader for the planning, progress, and evaluations. You will also actively participate in the operation and set a good example.

**Who are you?**

The Warehouse Coordinator we are looking for has an MBO work and thinking level and at least 6 months of demonstrable experience in a management role within logistics. You have good knowledge of the English and Dutch language, both spoken and written. You are stress resistant and know how to plan and organize things well.

**About Rhenus**

Rhenus Warehousing Solutions (RWS) currently consists of six locations, all locations are located in the Tilburg/Eindhoven area. RWS offers services such as warehousing, order picking but also value added services and managed services such as customer service, import and export documentation, sales support and invoicing.
