Voor onze Landtransport-vestiging in **Ede** zoeken wij een **Project & Business Support Analyst**. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bewaken en verbeteren van processen, systemen en klantgerichte oplossingen. Je maakt deel uit van ons Customer Service Team en krijgt de kans om zowel zelfstandig als ondersteunend aan de slag te gaan.

**Wat ga je doen?**
In deze dynamische functie combineer je je expertise in IT en Customer Service en ben je verantwoordelijk voor:

- Het optimaliseren van klant
- en bedrijfsprocessen
- Het ondersteunen bij het opstellen en uitvoeren van interne (kwaliteits)projecten
- Het opzetten, beheren en analyseren van (nieuwe) tools en systemen. Hierbij signaleer je afwijkingen en stel je verbeteringen voor
- Het opstellen en bewaken van verbeterdoelstellingen voor de organisatie
- Het bieden van brede ondersteuning binnen de afdeling Customer Service en bijdragen met jouw technische en analytische kennis

**Wat breng jij mee?**
Voor deze rol zoeken wij een gedreven professional met:

- HBO werk
- en denkniveau
- Minimaal enige ervaring in de logistieke sector
- Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
- Ervaring in het coördineren van projecten en een sterk analytisch vermogen
- Kennis van Microsoft Office, PowerBI en TMS. Je bent in staat om grote hoeveelheden data te verwerken en te visualiseren
