Therefore, it's no surprise that one of the most authentic Indonesian restaurants is part of the Hyatt Regency experience. She is looking for a passionate Commis Chef who adds some flavour to the culinary restaurant experience.

Someone who loves Indonesian food and everything that revolves around it. The Commis Chef is a team player and an important asset to the whole kitchen team. Someone who cooks for MAMA MAKAN guests like looking at home for his/her own guests.

**Your role at the Regency**
- Assist in the kitchen, contributing to the overall success of the outlets and banquets, in accordance with the hotel’s standards
- Store food in designated areas;
- Clean work areas, equipment and utensils
- Distribute supplies, utensils and portable equipment;
- Carve various cooked meats;
- Assist in quality control of items;
- Set up buffet presentations;
- Work closely with other employees in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the hotel and the satisfaction of hotel guests;
