- Delivering classes (lectures and workshops) of Finance and Accounting modules: Fundamentals of Finance and Accounting as well as more advanced topics such as Financial Statement Analysis, Managerial Accounting, Corporate Finance, Valuation as part of our Finance & Accounting Specialisation;
- Innovating and continuously improving the modules in our Finance & Accounting Learning line together with our Finance & Accounting Team;
- Taking part in designing and/or delivering inter-disciplinary modules/projects;
- Coaching and assessing students' graduation theses;
- Coaching students during their internship;
- Mentoring students.

- A relevant Master’s degree;
- Several years of work experience in an international, professional environment;
- Business fluent in English (C1 level);
- Experience in Finance, Accounting and in (some of) the related areas such as Investment Management, Auditing/Assurance, Risk Management and Compliance;
- Experience in / passion for teaching and guiding students in competence oriented international educational setting;
- Ability to inspire and motivate (groups of) students;
- Flexibility and learning attitude;
- Enthusiastic team player;
- are able to share ideas and opinions eloquently and correctly, in a clear and concise manner, both orally and in writing;
- stimulate and motivate students in their personal and professional development, in line with the educational goals set in our programme;
- contribute to a collaborative teaching environment in which you seek and offer support to students and colleagues;
- stay focussed on realising results and attaining (educational) goals as well as signalling opportunities to improve results.

- An appointment of 0.8 fte, 32 hours per week, for one year starting from 4 November 2024;
- A salary of between € 4.361,31 and € 6.114,87 gross per month (scale 11) for a full-time work week;
- 8% vacation allowance;
- Guaranteed end-of-year pay of 8,3%;
- An extensive leave arrangement; The choice between an NS Business card (2nd class) for your commutes or a kilometer based compensation.

**About the programme**
International Business (IB) at the Hague University of Applied Sciences is a well-established undergraduate degree program which prepares students to become versatile professionals in disciplines such as Marketing & Sales, Finance & Accounting, People & Organisation and Operations & Supply Chain Management. Graduates of the programme get a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree. With 25 years of teaching and learning to draw from, over 1200 students from over 40 nationalities, and an international staff, the program truly offers a diverse work environment.
