Are you a connecting HR professional looking for a versatile role in a dynamic manufacturing organization? We are looking for an enthusiastic HR colleague to further develop and optimize existing HR processes and projects. In this role, it is important that you ensure good visibility, so that you can offer accessible and low-threshold HR advice to all employees, managers and the works council. You will report directly to the Country Manager for the Netherlands and be an integral part of an international HR team. As the sole HR representative in the Netherlands, we expect you to be a self-starter, taking initiative and driving solutions.

**What will you do?**
- Advise employees, management and executives on HR policies, terms and conditions of employment and personnel issues to promote a positive work culture.
- Correct recording of hours and accurate and timely payroll in cooperation with managers and Finance department.
- Coordinate the sickness support process, supporting employees during sickness absence and ensuring proper return calls, absence registration and cooperation with the occupational health and safety service.
- Recruitment and strategic workforce planning.
- Oversee and manage the (leadership) development of employees and management, ensuring accurate administrative tracking and reporting subsidies.
- Assist in enhancing communication initiatives.
- Supervising talks and meetings with the works council (OR).
- In collaboration with Group HR, provide support on international projects.

- Contract for 32-38 hrs and a one-year contract with prospects of indefinite duration.
- A salary in accordance with CAO Metaal en Techniek on full-time basis, depending on experience between € 3.353 and € 4.888 (job scale H to J).
- 25 holidays and 13 ADV days on full-time basis.
- € 0,23 travel allowance in accordance with internal regulations.

**What do we ask?**
You have completed a college-level course in HRM. You are a connector and proactive in your way of working. You are able to communicate effectively at different levels in Dutch and English (German/Polish are a big plus) and have a clear and motivating style. You have affinity with a technical production environment and feel at home in this dynamic working environment. You switch effortlessly between HR software, MS Office and Graphic tools.
