As HR Advisor, you are the sparring partner of Division and Group leadership, managers and team leads on the full spectrum of HR. You advise them proactively on HR matters, using HR data analytics where needed, and you take responsibility for the quality and execution of HR policies. Furthermore, you coach and guide the leadership and team leads in the execution of HR matters like the performance review process, rewards, health cases, development and sustainable employability and you take an active role in various (international) HR projects.

The Global HR team that welcomes you consists of 25 people of which 16 are working in The Netherlands. You report to the Global Head of HR Advisory. We are a team of professionals who have a lot of freedom and responsibility to really make a difference for the divisions and departments that we serve, as well as for ORTEC as a whole.

**Who are you**:

- A partner in business, combining organizational sensitivity with a pragmatic approach
- A real team player with a good sense of humor
- Conscientious in staying abreast of new developments and labor law
- Educated with a bachelor/master’s degree in human resources, organizational science, psychology or comparable
- Having approx. 5 years of (general) HR experience
- Able to fluently communicate in Dutch and English (verbally and in writing)
