QA Manager

**WHAT IS ON OFFER**

Alfred H Knight is seeking a dedicated QA Manager for our laboratory LMA in Raamsdonksveer, Netherlands. This exciting role involves maintaining and enhancing our NEN-EN-ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation, while exceeding quality support expectations for a dynamic team. The QA Manager will focus on continuous improvement and the delivery of the AHK Quality approach in LMA operations, particularly in the analysis of Metals and Minerals, Solid Fuels, and Circular products. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact in a dynamic environment and provide best-in-class service to our customers.

**DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?**

To be successful at Alfred H Knight you will need to display the following:
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND WORK EXPERIENCE
- HBO level or equivalent through education and/or experience.
- Preferably courses and/or experience in quality assurance / quality systems.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Functional knowledge of and understanding of the requirements pertaining to NEN-EN-ISO/IEC 17025 & ISO 9001 and other relevant quality management standards.
- Functional knowledge and understanding of all applicable accreditation requirements.
- Adaptable.
- Highly motivated and proactive with a solution-driven approach.
- Good attention to detail.
- Team player.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision.
- Effective interpersonal skills.
- Good timekeeping

**Required Languages**
- Fluent Dutch
- Fluent English
