We are seeking a Personal Assistant for our CEO to join our team
**About the Role**
**Responsibilities**:
- Maintain calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and presentations, and follow up on action items as necessary
- Arrange travel logistics, including transportation and accommodations
- Process expense reports accurately and in a timely manner
- Prepare various documents, reports, and presentations with a keen eye for detail and professionalism
- Planning and coordinating events, from logistics to execution, to ensure successful outcomes
- Manage tasks and projects efficiently, prioritizing deadlines and maintaining clear communication with the team
- Conduct research on various topics as needed, compiling relevant information and presenting findings in a concise manner
- Run personal errands as required
- Act as a liaison between internal staff and external contacts, fostering positive relationships and facilitating collaboration

Pay: €14,00 - €19,00 per hour
