Management Assistant

**Your Job**
INISTA Rozenburg is seeking to attract a contribution motivated Management Assistant to support the management of the Rozenburg site. For this we are looking for a self-motivated, proactive and enthusiastic individual.

**What You Will Do**
- Leading the organization of various site events, ranging from offsite visits to employee engagement activities.
- Supporting the site manager and site leadership team with agenda management; including managing the site key-date diary.
- Ensure that the office facilities are well maintained, clean and effective for users.
- Support management with company communication - including organization of townhalls, company updates, posters, general information.
- Assistance with business travel and expenses.
- Coordination of record management systems and ISO document management.
- Lead projects to improve competitiveness & effectiveness of administrative activities.
- Support organization with ad-hoc admin assistance. E.g. SAP requisitions.

**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)**
- In possession of an MBO education in the secretarial field.
- Good analytical insight and a critical work attitude.
- Good communication skills (Dutch and English, German is an advantage) and a collegial work attitude
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft tools.
- Enterprising and able to build a network.

**What Will Put You Ahead**
- Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
- Previous Management Assistant or Administrative experience.
