We are seeking a creative and motivated Junior Graphic Designer who is proficient in static design and has a basic understanding of motion graphics. In this role, you will collaborate with our campaign and marketing teams to develop visually appealing designs that align with our brand and engage our audience.

**In this Role, you’ll get to**:

- Maintain brand standards in all design work, ensuring a cohesive visual identity.
- Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies to enhance creativity and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the team to refine designs based on feedback and ensure timely delivery.
- Assist in the development of basic animated graphics or motion elements for digital conten.
- Adapt and resize graphics for use across different platforms, ensuring consistency in design.
- Design illustrations, logos, and branding materials using graphic design software.
- Create visually appealing graphics for various media, mainly focusing on digital and owned channels such as landing pages, in-app, CRM.
- Interpret design briefs and conceptualize ideas that meet campaign objectives.

**What you'll Need to Succeed**:

- Willingness to learn and experiment with new design techniques and software.
- Familiarity with web design and digital media trends.
- A degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Basic knowledge of motion design principles.
- Proficiency in design software (such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).
- Proven 1-2 years of experience in graphic design with a portfolio showcasing static design work.
