**Jouw Rol**

Als **Lead Accountmanager Medical** neem je de leiding over de accountmanagers in het specialisme Medical. Je hebt de verantwoordelijkheid om een doeltreffend salesplan en budget op te stellen en ervoor te zorgen dat de daarin gestelde doelen worden bereikt. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de regio Benelux.

Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden zijn:

- Je coacht en begeleidt de accountmanagers in jouw team. Je daagt hen uit op hun gestelde doelen en zorgt ervoor dat ze deze behalen. Het team bestaat op dit moment uit 2 accountmanagers.
- Je zorgt ervoor dat de activiteiten in het salesplan tijdig en met de juiste kwaliteit worden uitgevoerd.
- Je spot kansen en mogelijkheden om tot verbetering te komen binnen jouw specialisme Medical zoals bijvoorbeeld het aangaan van samenwerkingen met brancheverenigingen.
- Je hebt de verantwoordelijkheid om afstemming te bewerkstelligen tussen jouw specialisme en diverse belanghebbenden, zoals rondom opslagfaciliteiten en het inhuren van externe dienstverleners in samenwerking met de afdeling sitemanagement.

**Dit neem je mee**
- Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring in de sales en hebt daarmee aantoonbare verkoopsuccessen geboekt.
- Je hebt mínimaal 1 jaar ervaring als leidinggevende van een team.
- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels, waardoor je effectief kunt communiceren in een internationale omgeving.
- Je beschikt over een basiskennis van de medische sector en bijbehorende apparatuur.
- Jouw sterke relatiebouwvaardigheden stellen je in staat duurzame relaties te ontwikkelen en te onderhouden met klanten en collega's.
- Je hebt een ondernemersgeest en hebt de drive om van dit specialisme een succes te maken
