In the role of Test Manager, you are responsible for designing, implementing and maintain a comprehensive testing strategy working closely with developers, product owners and other stakeholders to define testing requirements to ensure quality. Your responsibilities are among others:
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Act as a primary liaison between Rabobank and TCS, facilitating clear communication and understanding of testing requirements and objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on testing goals and deliverables
- Test Strategy and Vision:
- Develop and implement an overarching test vision and strategy that aligns with business objectives and technical requirements
- Ensure the strategy encompasses both manual and automated testing processes for efficiency and effectiveness
- System Integration Testing:
- Oversee the planning and execution of System Integration Testing, ensuring that all components work seamlessly together
- Identify integration points and potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies
- End-to-End Testing:
- Manage End-to-End Testing processes to validate the complete workflow and user experience
- Ensure comprehensive coverage of all business processes and technical scenarios
- Automation Leadership:
- Drive automation strategy to enhance testing efficiency and accuracy
- Ensure comprehensive coverage of all business processes and technical scenarios
- Technical Data Management:
- Oversee technical data management to ensure data integrity and availability for testing
- Work with development teams to ensure timely resolution and retesting of identified issues
- Quality Assurance and Bug Identification:
- Lead efforts to identify, document and track bugs and defects across systems

We are looking for someone with the following skill set:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee the execution of a test strategy that spans system integration, and end-to-end testing across various squads within the Investments tribe.
- Lead and coordinate testing activities across multiple squads, ensuring that components are tested individually and in an integrated manner.
- Guide the implementation of test automation frameworks to enhance testing efficiency and consistency.
- Oversee test data management, ensuring that appropriate test data is created, managed and provisioned for different testing phases.
- Collaborate with squad quality leads and tribe stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business processes, and align testing efforts with the tribe’s objectives.
- Manage defect tracking and reporting, providing clear and actionable insights for continuous improvement across the squads.
- Identify and manage risks, developing mitigation strategies to address potential issues before they impact delivery timelines.
- Promote a focus on performance and security testing, working with technical experts to ensure that systems are resilient and secure.
- Lead continuous improvement efforts by refining QA processes and implementing best practices learned from previous projects.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong background in test management, with experience driving testing efforts across multiple cross-functional teams
- Ability to develop and implement test strategies that align with business and technical objectives
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across different levels of the organization
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum, Kanban) and working with an Agile tribe structure
- Proven experience in risk management, with a proactive approach to identify and mitigating testing risks
