- ScopeAmsterdam (The Netherlands) - The Intern Digital Customer Experience EU is part of the European Digital Customer Experience Team. For this role the intern is responsible to support the analysis, mapping and setup the development of improvements necessary for UI and UX of our consumer portal. In this role the intern knows how to translate findings into new developments and has knowledge of the UI and UX.
The consumer portal provides information and services for our consumers within whole of Europe to help themselves finding the answers and services they are looking for.
- Responsibility- Analyse the current customer journey including UI/UX on our consumer portal
- Map and setup new improvement suggestions
- Translate improvements into requests to our Innovations team and IT team
- Verify developments with user tests before and after implementation
- Overall contribution to the current improvement plans for our consumer portal

- Education And Related Experience- Academic / Higher Business School (Polytechnic)
