Functiebeschrijving
- Training & Onboarding van inkopers, over commerciële en kwaliteit en uitvoering van proces
- Ontwikkelen van trainingsinhoud en samenwerken met Branch Ops Inkopers Training
- Uitwerken van training feedback om te bespreken met Branch Ops Inkopers Training
- Inkoopteam ondersteunen in tijden van lage capaciteit (als inkoper)
- Bijhouden van de inkoop kwaliteit op basis van de processen die door het hoofdkantoor zijn vastgesteld
- Ondersteuning bij implementatie van nieuwe processen voor inkopers
- Analyseren van trainingsbehoeften voor elke inkoper en coördineren van trainingssessies.
- Post-training actieplannen ontwikkelen en resultaten bijhouden
- Bezoeken om de toestand van vestiging te beoordelen en feedback te geven aan de afdeling voor verbetering van processen (organisatie, netheid, aanwezigheid, bewegwijzering, meubilair, apparatuur, enz.)

Kwalificaties:

- Eerdere werkervaring in Auto inkoop sector
- Werkervaring in een start-up, een management consultancy, een dynamisch, snelgroeiend bedrijf of in de automobielsector is een pluspunt
- Hands-on mentaliteit, gevoel van eigenaarschap, flexibiliteit en sterke oplossingsgerichtheid
- Uitstekende analytische denkvaardigheden met oog voor detail
- Ondernemend denken, besluitvaardigheid en flexibiliteit
- Vloeiende communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands
