As part of its growth and development, CMA CGM Holland is looking for a Facility Manager to join its Facility team.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Facility Manager at CMA CGM (Holland) B.V., you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and operation of our owned office building. You will ensure that the facility is well-maintained and further developed, safe, and provides an optimal working space for our staff. This role requires a blend of leadership, technical awareness, and planning to manage all aspects of facility operations effectively, including management of the front desk reception and counter team.
The key responsibilities of the Facility Manager are divided as such:
Manage maintenance, space and utilities
Ensure and secure a healthy and safety work environment
Manage the front desk reception and counter team
Budgeting and Financing Management
Act as a primary point of contact for tenants
Liaise and collaborate with HR, management and other departments to coordinate, plan and execute projects and events
Mangement of the car fleet
**SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES**:
Professional qualification in Facility Management or a related field.
Proven experience in facility management, preferably in a corporate or commercial real estate setting.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage a diverse team and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines.
Certification in Facility Management (and Business Continuity and Crisis Management (BHV) training is a plus as well as RI&E qualification or experience.
