**This is what you will do**:
As the Manager Internal Control at Odido, your expertise will be instrumental in maintaining a robust Internal Control System (ICS) within the organization.
Your responsibilities include:
- Internal Control Oversight: Supervise internal controls, identifying areas for enhancement in business/finance and IT (GITC). Ensure seamless compliance with internal and external audits.
- Audit Follow-up: Provide crucial advice for follow-up measures from internal and external audits, fostering continuous improvement in internal control processes.
- Risk and Control Awareness: Elevate risk and control awareness at the management level, fostering a culture of vigilance and proactive risk management.
- Coaching and Support: Elevate the internal control environment by coaching internal process and control owners, empowering them to uphold the highest standards.
- Reporting: Craft compelling reports for management and the Supervisory Board, illuminating the quality of our internal control environment and audit status.
- Technical Development: Lead technical development and maintenance of our ICS tooling, shaping the technological backbone supporting internal control initiatives.
- Data and System Reliability: Champion the reliability of our organization's data and system functionalities, mitigating risks in financial reporting and day-to-day operations.
- Remediation Management: Manage remediation efforts for identified control weaknesses, ensuring a resilient internal control framework.
- Optimization and Automation: Drive opportunities for control optimization and automation, including data analytics and process improvements.
- Collaboration: Forge meaningful partnerships with process and control owners, contributing to the ongoing evolution of our internal control ecosystem.

**You bring this**:
- Bachelor or Master degree;
- At least 7 years of experience, preferably in risk and internal control, with a strong understanding of accounting and GITCs;
- Excellent communication, negotiation, monitoring, and analytical skills;
- Specialization in risk and internal control, experienced in the design, implementation, and maintenance of an internal control system;
- At least 2 years of experience in managing small, focused junior teams.
