Wie ben jij?
- Je hebt mínimaal hbo werk
- en denkniveau en ervaring in het verbeteren van processen.
- Je bent een teamspeler met uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden, die collega's inspireert en motiveert.
- Je denkt in oplossingen en weet hoe je structuur brengt zonder de positieve energie te verliezen.
- Je bent gestructureerd, nauwkeurig en houdt overzicht, zelfs in een dynamische omgeving.
- Je hebt affiniteit met technologie en gebruikt dit om processen efficiënter te maken.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Operational Manager ben je de verbindende factor binnen ons team en zorg je ervoor dat iedereen goed samenwerkt en processen soepel verlopen. Je ondersteunt de directie door structuur te brengen en verbeteringen te initiëren.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

- Optimaliseren van processen en systemen: Je brengt structuur in workflows en zorgt dat onze tools efficiënt worden ingezet.
- Bevorderen van samenwerking: Je zorgt voor een positieve werksfeer waarin medewerkers elkaar versterken en proactief werken.
- Oplossen van dagelijkse uitdagingen: Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor praktische vragen en zorgt voor heldere communicatie binnen het team.
- Initiëren van verbeteringen: Je analyseert waar processen vastlopen en bedenkt oplossingen die bijdragen aan groei en efficiëntie.
- Ondersteuning van de directie: Je neemt operationele taken over, zodat de directie zich kan focussen op strategische doelen.
