Do you have experience in quality management and production processes and want to make a real impact? We are a dynamic tech scale-up looking for a driven **QA and Production Lead**to lead our quality standards and streamline our production operations. This is a 32-40 hr combined role offering a unique opportunity to contribute across both areas.

**What You’ll Do**:
As **Quality and** **Production Lead**at IamFluidics, you will lead the improvement of our QMS, ensure regulatory compliance, and oversee efficient production processes. This dual role allows you to shape a culture of quality, drive operational excellence, and make a lasting impact in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and continuously improve the QMS in alignment with our quality policy.
- Train and guide personnel to foster a quality-first mindset throughout the organization.
- Perform risk assessments and manage the Risk Inventory & Evaluation (RI&E) process.
- Ensure compliance with Dutch legislation, ISO standards, and industry-specific regulations (e.g., GMP).
- Oversee the implementation and documentation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Standard Work Instructions (SWIs).
- Set up and oversee manufacturing processes to ensure operational efficiency.
- Monitor and maintain an overview of the entire production process.
- Manage logistics planning and, where needed, oversee purchasing activities.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for quality and process improvements.

**About you**:
**Experience Required**:

- Minimum 3 year relevant experience in a similar role where you have worked with a Quality Management System.
- Hands-on knowledge of QMS and industry standards such as ISO 9001 and GMP.
- Proven experience in establishing or operating under GMP-compliant production.

**Skills and General Requirements**:

- Fluent in English (Dutch proficiency is a plus).
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Proactive and solution-oriented approach to challenges.
