Within our IT organization, we currently face a complex challenge. There is insufficient FTE and specific expertise to carry out all tasks optimally. As an IT Operations Manager, you may also need to handle tasks outside the typical job scope, such as providing hands-on technical support or taking on project management responsibilities. This makes the role dynamic and varied, requiring flexibility and a solution-oriented mindset. Are you the versatile IT professional who can guide us through this transitional phase?

**What will you do?**
- ** Lead a compact IT Operations team**: You'll motivate and coach a small team, while also being hands-on involved in daily operations.
- ** Prioritize and delegate IT tasks**: Despite limited FTE, you will ensure an efficient distribution of tasks and provide support where needed.
- ** Manage IT infrastructure**: You will be responsible for the stability and continuity of our IT systems, including servers, networks, cloud solutions, and virtualization platforms.
- ** Troubleshooting and incident management**: In the current situation, you will often be directly involved in solving IT issues and outages.
- ** Project management**: You'll lead and coordinate IT projects, often wearing multiple hats due to the lack of in-house specialist knowledge.
- ** Security and compliance**: Ensuring IT security and compliance is an important part of your role, collaborating with external parties as needed.
- ** Strategic advice and resource planning**: You'll advise management on structural solutions to strengthen the IT department, such as hiring external expertise or further developing internal knowledge.

**What do you bring?**
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT Management, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in an IT Operations role, with proven leadership experience.
- Extensive knowledge of IT infrastructures, networks, cloud solutions (Azure, AWS), and virtualization.
- Hands-on experience with troubleshooting and system administration, particularly in smaller teams.
- Strong project management skills and the flexibility to fill multiple roles within a project.
- Experience with ITIL and/or Agile working methods.
- Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.
- Affinity with music and the music industry is a plus, but not a requirement.
