**Met wie?**
Struin jij uren rond op Pinterest om woonideeën op te doen? Esther (48 jaar oud) houdt enorm van mooie spullen en verandert dan ook elk seizoen haar interieur Ze is dus ook hartstikke creatief. Ook houdt ze ervan te gaan zwemmen. Daar kan ze jouw gezelschap wel bij gebruiken

**Wat ga je doen?**
Esther is op zoek naar iemand die bij voorkeur op zaterdagochtend en anders op zondagochtend met haar wil gaan zwemmen om dit zo op te bouwen. Het lukt haar niet om alleen te gaan zwemmen, ze heeft hier echt een stok achter de deur voor nodig. Hoewel ze wel weet dat het zo goed is voor haar gezondheid Daarom zou het dus super zijn als iemand met haar mee gaat. En wanneer jullie dan zijn uitgezwommen kun jij dan een helpende hand bieden bij het aandoen van haar schoenen? Geeft Esther jou in ruil wat interieuradvies ;-)

**Wat levert het jou op?**
Door jou maken onze cliënten weer meer contact met de buitenwereld Voor jou betekent het een fijn contact in je eigen buurt, een grote glimlach, een lekkere kop thee, wat lichaamsbeweging of een nieuwe hobby... Ook kan vrijwilligerswerk een prettige manier zijn om zelf wat meer ritme op te bouwen of om kennis te maken met de zorg en een bepaalde doelgroep.

Bij RIBW AVV zorgen we ervoor dat je goed begeleid wordt, je de basistraining ‘Herstelondersteunend werken’ kunt volgen en bv. gebruik kunt maken van de online leeromgeving GoodHabitz met trainingen voor zowel je professionele als persoonlijke ontwikkeling. En attenties zoals een kerstpakket komen natuurlijk ook gewoon jouw kant op

**Wij vragen**:
Je enthousiasme en een uurtje van je tijd Een specifieke opleiding is niet nodig. Wel is het goed te weten dat we (kosteloos) een VOG (verklaring omtrent gedrag) aanvragen voor iedere vrijwilliger.
