nhow Amsterdam RAI is een sociale en multiculturele hub voor wereldreizigers, zakelijke reizigers en Amsterdammers. Het iconische gebouw, wijzend naar verschillende windrichtingen, symboliseert de smeltkroes van culturen die Amsterdam was, is en altijd zal blijven. Het imposante 91 meter hoge gebouw vind je op de Zuidas, naast het RAI Amsterdam Convention Centre, en biedt zijn gasten een dynamisch hoofdkantoor en thuisbasis.

Voor deze iconische sociale hub zijn we op zoek naar een echte teamspeler en een activerende persoonlijkheid. In deze functie ben jij de schakel tussen wat er 's nachts gebeurt en je dagteam. Net als de rest van het team ben je ook verantwoordelijk voor het creëren van nhow-ervaringen voor elke gast, wat dat ook mag zijn Het receptieteam is zeer internationaal en bestaat uit 20-25 collega's. Als Night Manager werk je, gezien de arbeidswetgeving, in een combinatie van nachtdiensten (ca. 10-12 per maand) en dagdiensten (8-10 per maand).

Enkele voorbeelden van jouw verantwoordelijkheden tijdens de nacht zijn: het afhandelen van aankomsten/vertrekken, het structureren van de werklast voor het dagteam, het verwerken van reserveringen, het voortouw nemen bij noodsituaties, het aansturen van de receptie en de beveiligingsteamleden tijdens de dienst en het uitvoeren van nachtelijke audits.

- Je spreekt vloeiend Engels, Nederlands is een pré;
- Je bent vertrouwd met het gebruik van MsOffice.
