As an integrated logistic solutions provider, RLS designs and delivers future proof warehouse solutions combining an unique mix of innovative and state of the art subsystems controlled by their in-house developed Warehouse Control System. The long lasting and strategic partnerships with the leading OEM’ers in this business in combination with the in-house developed software ensures the best of class solution to almost every logistic challenge
The challenge for this position is to further grow and develop our Goods-2-Person Warehouse Automation solutions in the Benelux area. Looking at our product portfolio, typically the AutoStore and AMR based solutions are within the focus area for these G2P offerings.
In this role you will report to the Sales Manager G2P Solutions BNL.
**Sales Organization**
The sales organization consists of a team of account managers, sales engineers, sales consultants and marketeers. Within a multi-functional and often multi-cultural team, the future proof solutions are designed and offered to our customers. Sold projects are handed over to the project execution team, which ensures that the projects are successfully completed and handed over to both the customer as well as the service organization.
**Main tasks and responsibilities**
- Meet or exceed the order intake targets.
- Lead generation to facilitate the order intake and growth ambitions.
- Develop leads into written orders.
- Maintain a good relationship with the OEM’ers.
- Managing both the external (clients, consultants and suppliers) as well as the internal stakeholders to ensure the success and buy-in of the solution proposals at various levels within the organizations.
- Follow company policies, rules and regulations.
**Personal qualities and competences**
- An bachelor degree and/or equivalent professional ability, with a technical and/or business degree.
- Strong commercial skills and the ability to transform customer needs into technical requirements and system solutions and business opportunities.
- Good knowledge of Dutch and English, verbal and written.
- A strong intralogistics network in the Benelux area.
- A true international team player.
- Result-oriented and possess the know how to achieve commercial results.
- Proven track record of negotiating small to medium sized CAPEX deals.
- Legal know-how to protect RLS in the contractual negotiations, while securing the deal.
- Demonstrated expertise in selling in a B2B environment with an extended sales cycle.
- Thorough knowledges of automated warehouse solutions.
- Willingness to travel.
