Whatever we are doing today, we will do a little better tomorrow. If we work together we can care for people and planet. And IKEA will take good care of you too. Start as Recruiter and receive from 2.900 euros to 3.500 euros (based on experience) per month based on 38 hours:

- A 13th month and 8% holiday pay. These will be paid out in December and May as standard, but you can also choose to receive them monthly.
- A collective bonus scheme. This is determined annually and amounts to a maximum of 150% of your gross monthly salary.
- Travel expenses for public transport are reimbursed 100%. Do you live within a radius of 5 to 20 km from the IKEA store? Then you can also opt for a lease bicycle. - Are you traveling by car? Then you will receive a travel allowance up to a maximum of 200 euros per month.
- 15% employee discount at all IKEA stores in the Netherlands.
- Various arrangements that suit your personal situation. Think of transition leave and equal (100% paid) birth leave regardless of the composition of your family. You may also exchange the public holidays applicable in the Netherlands with non-Christian holidays. And every store has a quiet/prayer room.
