Plant Manager

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Plant Manager to lead our operations and support our corporate vision at Nutripack Benelux BV (part of Impact Group).

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Plant Manager to oversee our factory's operations. In this role, you will be instrumental in defining and achieving our company objectives, ensuring production efficiency, and driving the operational excellence of our facility. You will act as a key liaison between the production team and the Sales Department, while also being responsible for the factory's overall performance, including profit and loss management.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Actively participate in setting the company's strategic objectives and ensure alignment with production and operational goals.
- Define and oversee industrial and production objectives, ensuring efficient and timely output that meets customer requirements.
- Serve as the main point of contact for the Sales Department, facilitating effective communication and alignment on production capabilities and delivery timelines.
- Manage the factory’s P&L, including staff costs and capital expenditure (CapEx), to ensure financial efficiency and profitability.
- Lead, inspire, and guide a diverse team through natural and effective leadership, fostering a strong and cohesive work culture.
- Develop and sustain high production efficiency by coordinating various departments, such as Supply Chain, Maintenance, and Production.
- Analyze production efficiency and implement corrective action plans when necessary to maintain high standards.
- Ensure the factory complies with all relevant regulations, particularly in the food industry, such as the BRC system and Ecovadis standards.
- Work closely with the corporate organization and upper management, providing regular updates and spontaneous communication as needed.
- Step in to provide backup for the management team during absences to ensure seamless operations.

**Qualifications**
- Strong production background, preferably in injection packaging, with deep technical expertise.
- Proven leadership experience with a natural ability to guide, inspire, and develop teams.
- Proficient in managing P&L, with a strong understanding of budgetary and financial responsibilities.
- Ability to analyze and drive efficiency improvements across all operational departments.
- Fluency in Dutch and English; multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Agile, flexible, and eager to adapt to changing environments and business needs.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and strategies.
- Comfortable working in an international corporate setting and adept at collaborating across cultures.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards in the food industry (BRC, Ecovadis, etc.) is highly desirable.
