Are you strong in purchase processes and detail-oriented? As a Purchase Requisitioner, you manage purchase requests, perform receptionist tasks and advise departments on specifications, and enter purchase orders into SAP. You support budget management and ensure smooth processes. As the spider in the web, you bridge the gap between the departments that want to order something, our suppliers, and the finance department. With your skills in Excel and SAP, and your flexibility in a changing environment, you are an important link in our team. Your work location will be parttime behind the reception desk.

**About the Role**
**Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Create and monitor purchase requisitions.
- Advising on specifications and bidders.
- Interpreting policies and procedures.
- Entry and management of purchase orders in SAP.
- Archiving for audit purposes.
- Stock control and placing orders.
- Supporting operational processes.
- Cost reduction and quality improvement.
- Budget management and expenditure reporting.
- Reception and administrative support for external visits and visitors
- Signing authority as per guidelines.
- Perform other assigned tasks.

**Requirements**:

- Relevant education (HBO level) or equivalent work experience.
- At least 2-3 years of related work experience in an international environment.
- Experience in budgeting and forecasting.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Experience with SAP.
- Excellent interpersonal, organisational and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Experience in procurement and administration is a plus.
- Able to respond quickly to changing business models.

Als Purchase Requisitioner beheer je inkoopaanvragen, voer je receptie taken uit adviseer je afdelingen over specificaties en voer je inkooporders in SAP in. Je ondersteunt het budgetbeheer en zorgt voor soepele processen. Als spin in het web overbrug je de kloof tussen de afdelingen die iets willen bestellen, onze leveranciers en de financiële afdeling. Met je vaardigheden in Excel en SAP en je flexibiliteit in een veranderende omgeving ben je een belangrijke schakel in ons team. Je werkplek zal deel van de werktijd achter de receptie desk zijn.

- Inkoopaanvragen maken en bewaken.
- Advies geven over specificaties en bieders.
- Interpretatie van beleid en procedures.
- Invoer en beheer van inkooporders in SAP.
- Archivering voor auditdoeleinden.
- Voorraadbeheer en bestellingen plaatsen.
- Ondersteuning van operationele processen.
- Kostenreductie en kwaliteitsverbetering.
- Budgetbeheer en uitgavenrapportage.
- Receptie en administratieve ondersteuning bij externe bezoeken en bezoekers
- Tekenbevoegdheid volgens richtlijnen.
- Uitvoeren van overige toegewezen taken.

**Vereisten**
- Relevante opleiding (HBO niveau) of gelijkwaardige werkervaring.
- Minimaal 2-3 jaar gerelateerde werkervaring in een internationale omgeving.
- Ervaring met budgettering en forecasting.
