As a Housekeeping Runner, you will play a crucial role in supporting our housekeeping team to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and organization throughout our establishment.

**Your primary responsibilities will include**:

- Assisting housekeeping staff with various tasks, including but not limited to, delivering linens, toiletries, and cleaning supplies to designated areas.
- Ensuring that all guest rooms and public areas are adequately stocked with amenities and supplies.
- Assisting in the removal of trash and dirty linens from guest rooms and public areas.
- Reporting any maintenance issues or cleanliness concerns to the appropriate department.
- Providing exceptional customer service to guests by responding promptly and courteously to requests and inquiries.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed.
