Tasks

What are my responsibilities?

We are looking for an enthusiastic and service minded Food & Beverage Manager. Your areas of responsibility include; the newly renovated Midtown Grill Restaurant, our Minibar and In-Room Dining department, the M Club Lounge, Sorel’s Bar & Lounge, Banqueting and our Kitchen and Stewarding area. You will lead the F&B team, and ensure exceptional customer service. You strive to continually improve guest and associate satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

You enjoy working in an international environment and are passionate about delivering excellent service to ensure that our guests experience a memorable stay. You enjoy working with people and work well in a team. You have great communication
- and leadership skills. You have a good overview and are proactive in your daily routine. You can coach and motivate your colleagues to give their best and you have a high guest focus. To be eligible for this position you:

- have experience in an international hospitality chain;
- have 5 years’ experience in leading a team;
- have experience in the role of F&B manager in another big operations property;
- are able to coach and motivate people;
- are flexible in working hours and days;
- can speak and write fluently in English and-/or Dutch.
