As Contract Manager Warehouse Solutions you will be responsible for managing multiple supplier contracts in our automated warehouse. You are the sparring partner of our internal customers with the goal to ensure our daily uptime for the of automatic storage systems and intralogistics fleet in the warehouse. This includes making sure outsourced maintenance activities are done according our Service & Maintenance contracts (performance, service indicators and financials) and according our quality and safety standards. You report to the Manager Technical Support Warehouse, providing first class services regarding the uptime and maintenance of our automatic storage systems and intralogistics fleet in the warehouse. Key responsibilities include:

- Managing, analyzing and optimizing SLA/KPI with our supplier contracts;
- Day to day operations management of the service contracts;
- Prepare and chair monthly / quarterly business reviews with suppliers;
- First point of contact with ASML organization for the selected suppliers when it comes to operational performance and issues
- Actively support on daily incidents and investigate root-cause problems;
- Support escalations regarding warehouse systems and take necessary initiatives;
- Translate problems into changes and manage the lifecycle of the solution;
- Translate internal clients wishes into propositions;
- Coordination and monitoring of suppliers who deliver services against a cost effective budget;
- Setting up and discuss with our suppliers the investment cycle using a life-cycle plan tailored to the business and their future needs;
- Design and development of contract management processes and implementation of these processes within the organization;
- Cost control of the contracts you will manage;
- Plan and execute preventive/predictive maintenance and arrange this with the supplier;
- Develop/improve maintenance plan(s) in collaboration with suppliers for the purpose of preventive maintenance of the equipment and coordinate this planning with the operation;
- Ensure the correct stock of all necessary parts for the equipment with the aim of having all necessary parts available on time, so that maintenance can be planned efficiently, and breakdowns/repairs take as little time as possible;
- Identify and implement (continuous) improvements, develop improvement proposals in collaboration with suppliers and any other stakeholders and implement technical improvements.
- Align spare part management with supplier

**Education**

Bachelor degree (Preferably in Industrial engineer or equivalent)

**Experience**

As Contract Manager Warehouse you will be in frequent contact with both internal and external customers building up long-term relationships. It is essential that you have good communication skills so you understand and translate the internal operational and suppliers processes. You also have good negotiation skills and are able to convince others to do what is best for our internal stakeholders.
- 3-8 years of relevant working experience (preferably in a life cycle services and/or logistics and/or technical working environment);
- Hands-on mentality not afraid to take content deep-dive;
- Continuous improvement DNA;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Ability of profound contract understanding is a pre.
