Stock Coordinator

**Your role**:
As the Stock Coordinator you will be part of the Woolrich Outlet in Roermund. Reporting directly to the Store Manager you will be responsible for the management of the stock, and operational excellence of all Back Of House areas, necessary to increase sales and profitability of the selling floor.

**What you will do**:

- Be fully responsible and accountable for all tasks, activities and projects related to back of house purposes
- Monitor all inbound and outbound shipments from and to the store and receiving merchandise
- Ensure constant improvement of the organization of the stock spaces within the store
Merchandise replenishment between back of house and selling floor, or between remote stockroom locations
- Manage all aspects of stock control: random inventories, negatives on hand, ticketing, price changes, consignments, holds and reservations,
- Responsible and accountable for the good result of the annual stock take, and store’s shrinkage
- Handle packaging orders and logistics flow
- Be in charge of the logistics aspects of the after sale service
- Ensure Back Of House maintenance and H&S rules and regulations are respected at all times, fire exit are kept clear, and arising risks and hazards due to overstock situations

**Experience & qualifications you will bring**:

- Previous experience of at least 3 to 5 years in a Stock/Warehouse and position, preferably in the Retail environment
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent knowledge and practice of managing inventories with ability to reconcile stock counts to report data
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities
- Good product sensitivity
