**Your Mission**

As a Marketing intern, you are the connection between our customers and our brand. It’s your mission to take our big ideas and translate them into engaging content and events that guide our audience and inspire them to do more with our product. Your core focus will be content creation for Community Marketing programs (webinars, presentation slides, Foleon Docs, social advertisement creatives, video editing, repurposing content).

You’ll be a part of the Customer Marketing team and report to the Community Marketing Manager, who you support in the organization of on
- and offline events. The planning for the first half year of 2025 includes dinners, conferences, webinars, awards, a Customer Advisory Board, and a big product launch. You’ll play an active role in all aspects of the multiple campaigns we’re running, from ideation to execution. Besides that, you’ll get the ability to stretch yourself by researching and designing an industry-focused Community Engagement program.

Overall, this internship will provide comprehensive marketing experience, preparing you for dynamic and fast-paced work environments.

**Your focus**
- Assist in the organization of on
- and offline events like dinners, conferences, webinars, awards, a Customer Advisory Board, and a big product launch.
- Take part in campaign ideation and planning sessions.
- Create content for and around webinars, like the registration page, slides, and storyline.
- Craft sharp, engaging, effective content needed for our on
- and offline events, supported by customer examples if relevant. You’re drilling big ideas down into bite-sized pieces of content our audience craves.
- Assist in updating and maintaining current content — both written and video content.
- Conduct market research into a specific industry and region, and develop a Community Engagement program.
- Attend customer meetings to gain an understanding of our core target audience.
- Repurpose content for multiple channels, e.g. turn a webinar into snippets for social media or a blog. Collaborate with the channel owners on requirements and planning.

**What you need to have**
- Be a strong content creator, able to create a variety of content formats
- An interest in community/events and affinity with content marketing
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills, both written and verbal in fluent business English. Storytelling skills and ability to align with our brand tone of voice
- Decent video editing skills
- Proactive attitude and not being afraid to take initiative
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Embrace the variety of backgrounds and values that each individual brings to the table
- Able to give and receive constructive feedback
- Work from the office at least two days per week (Tuesday and Thursday), and be able to be focused and productive when working from home or the office without the team around.
