**We’re looking for a**:
**Case Manager Absenteeism**
**(20-24 hours per week)**

As our Case Manager, you’ll play a key role in **bridging the gap between employers and employees** during sick leave. You’ll ensure a smooth return-to-work process by providing expert support, advice, and guidance on health and safety regulations, absenteeism management, and reintegration. While relevant experience is a plus, **your passion and drive are what truly matter to us.**

**What You’ll Bring**:

- **Eagerness to learn** and the ability to quickly master new topics.
- Strong organizational and planning skills, with a **flexible and creative approach** to problem-solving.
- A **customer-focused and results-driven** mindset.
- Preferably, knowledge of social security and related legislation.
- **Excellent communication skills** in English and Dutch.

**HealthSense** is the health and safety division of ConvalSense BV, a consultancy firm specializing in **social security and HR risk management** for (inter)national companies. We’re a trusted partner for managing and reducing HR-related costs, and our team of (registered) case managers works collaboratively with specialized networks to **effectively manage absenteeism.**
