**iOS Chapter Lead**:
**In behalf of our client in the banking sector**, we are looking for an **iOS Chapter Lead** with a solid background in iOS development and strong leadership capabilities. If you are passionate about mobile technology and eager to mentor and guide teams in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and coach a team of iOS developers to drive high-quality development and innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, contributing to the architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
- Ensure a DevOps mindset is integrated into the development lifecycle, promoting continuous integration and delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest iOS technologies and advancements, including SwiftUI and modern concurrency.

**Required Skills**:

- 8+ years of experience in **iOS Development** (Swift/Objective-C).
- Proven leadership and coaching experience.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Experience working in **DevOps environments** and with **CI/CD tooling** such as Jenkins or Azure DevOps.
- Proficiency in **architecture and design patterns**.
- Solid understanding of **Swift** and familiarity with Apple technologies.

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience with programming languages like **Objective-C, Ruby, Python**.
- Strong problem-solving skills and familiarity with **Scrum Values** (openness, courage, commitment, respect, and focus).
- Knowledge of **release management**.
- Advanced with **CI/CD** tools.
