**Description**

To further professionalise experience for our visiting clients and resident employees, we are looking for a receptionist in addition to the current administrative team in our Amsterdam office. Someone who is energetic, welcoming, initiative and has a passion for hospitality.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greeting all A&M visitors, show them to their room and providing refreshments
- Answering calls and 'at the desk' queries in a professional and timely way
- Booking meeting rooms and ensuring that they are always maintained to a high standard
- Booking couriers and organising all incoming and outgoing post
- Arranging the catering for events held in the office
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing
- From time to time help with updating calendars and scheduling meetingsSometimes assist in preparing travel & accommodations, and arranging vouchers (new travel system)

**Soft Skills required**
- Strong communications skills, able to present in a friendly and open style
- An obvious passion for client service and hospitality
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Enthusiasm and empathy to others, you will enjoy being part of a close working team

**Experience required**
- Previous experience as a receptionist/assistant within international companies
- Experience in multi-tasking in a busy customer/client facing environment
- Experienced user of Microsoft Office
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. scan machines and printers)
- Good written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English is a must
