As an Order Picker, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting and packing orders of second-hand clothing for our customers. Your attention to detail will ensure that each order is accurate and meets our quality standards. This role requires physical fitness, as you will be on your feet and handling various items throughout your shift.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accurately pick and pack orders based on customer requests.
- Inspect clothing items for quality and condition, ensuring they meet our standards.
- Maintain an organized and clean work area.
- Manage inventory and assist with restocking as needed.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless operations.
- Assist with unloading deliveries

**Qualifications**:

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical fitness to handle lifting and moving clothing items.
- English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or retail environment is a plus, but not required.
