A brand-new restaurant redefining traditional BBQ is opening soon in the vibrant heart of Utrecht. With an innovative approach, we combine the timeless art of slow cooking with the dynamic nature of fast service. Our menu features delicious BBQ dishes that will surprise both lovers of authentic Texas BBQ and curious food enthusiasts. Our iconic bar forms the lively centerpiece of the restaurant.

We are looking for many staff in all positions in our new restaurant who share our vision and want to elevate this new dining experience to the next level.

Your Role:
As a member of our restaurant team, you are the face of our restaurant and play a key role in creating an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Whether you're working on the floor, at the bar, or behind the scenes, your contribution is vital in delivering top-notch service and ensuring that our restaurant runs smoothly. You will work closely with your colleagues to provide excellent hospitality, making sure our guests feel welcome and well taken care of from the moment they arrive.

What will you do?

Deliver Exceptional Service: Provide friendly, attentive, and professional service to ensure every guest feels valued and enjoys a memorable dining experience.

Support Daily Operations: Assist in the smooth running of day-to-day tasks, including taking orders, serving food, managing reservations, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the restaurant.

Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, and fellow service team members to ensure a seamless flow of communication and service throughout the restaurant.

Contribute to a Welcoming Atmosphere: Help create a warm and inviting environment by engaging with guests, answering questions about the menu, and ensuring that every visit feels personalized.

Maintain Standards: Uphold high standards of hygiene, safety, and cleanliness, ensuring all areas of the restaurant are always in top condition.

Stay Adaptable: Be ready to step in and assist wherever needed, whether it's helping with food prep, assisting the bar, or managing special requests from guests.
