At our location in Schiphol, we organize further transportation of healthcare goods for our international clients. This is arranged through various modes of transport and takes place from our temperature controlled warehouse. Incoming orders are accurately processed by you using our warehouse management system. You handle the planning of these orders and ensure they are checked for completeness and whether the goods are accompanied by the correct documentation. This is crucial so that your colleagues in the warehouse can prepare these orders for further distribution. As a result, you maintain close contact with the client and your warehouse colleagues, doing everything possible to ensure a smooth transport flow: You’re on it.

How you do this? You are meticulous with data, have an eye for detail and think in solutions for our clients. You are the eyes of our clients, they trust you with their shipments. Therefore, it is crucial that you ensure goods are damage free, provide the necessary documentation for shipments and make sure these are packed according to the correct methods, for example by thermal packaging. You play a key role in order processing, arranging transport documentation, maintaining customer contact and instructing your colleagues in the warehouse. Together with the healthcare team, you ensure accurate and fast supply to our international customers. You achieve this by:

- processing customer orders through our warehouse management system Boltrics;
- maintaining client communication about incoming orders, transport documentation, certifications, packaging methods, transport progress and resolving problems in a client focused manner;
- managing the inbound and outbound processing and planning of orders and goods;
- collaborating with your warehouse colleagues to ensure that they know exactly what to do for further distribution of the goods involved.
