**Your new job**: What is it you are going to do?As machine operator you will be responsible for:

- **
Preparation**: Setting up the cheeses for production staff using the Electric Pallet Truck (EPT)
- ** Machine Settings**: Adjusting machines based on the type of cheese being produced
- **Troubleshooting**: Proactively identifying and addressing any issues. If you can't resolve the issue yourself, you will contact the shift leader who will then call the technical support team
- **Quality Control**: Measuring the dryness of the cheese to ensure it meets our high-quality standards - you will be trained for this
- **Hygiene**: Keeping your work area clean and organized
- **Team Coordination**: Supervising production staff (3-4 people) and maintaining an overview with a forward-looking perspective
- ** Reporting**:Communicating progress and any issues to the shift leader
