The export customerservice department is the place where we ensure that promises to customers are fulfilled. As a close-knit team of five, we manage the distribution of our products worldwide. We ensure that commercial agreements are safeguarded within the organization and we take care of the financial and logístical handling of orders, including product changes and after sales. We work very closely with the export managers, product management, control and logistics (serviceproviders). ‍

**Wat ga je doen?**:
In this role, you will focus on managing some of our exportcustomers within Europe. Based on forecasts and/or orders, you will manage the stock for the products these customers purchase. You will oversee the orders until they are fully processed, potentially in collaboration with exportdocumentation specialists. As the primary contact for these customers, you will handle all commercial, logístical and quality inquiries. This role involves frequent interaction with colleagues such as S&OP planners, productmanagers, exportmanagers, quality, product development, as well as forwarders and logistics service providers. ‍

**Wat bieden wij?**:

- A full-time position for 38.5 hours per week;

- Annual salary €40,000-€50,000, including a 13th month and holiday pay, excluding a profit-sharing arrangement.



**Wie ben jij?**:

- We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive colleague with:

- The ability to work independently;
- Bachelor’s degree and/or working level;
- Excellent communication skills in English and German (native level preffered);
- hands-on mentality;
- Affinity with the food industry is a plus
- Dutch at B1 level


- Day-to-day communication at Remia is in Dutch, so basic knowlegde of Dutch is needed_
