**Vacatureomschrijving**
During the internship, you will closely collaborate with the team responsible for organizing various events for Sopra Steria.
- Monitor the established processes
- Update and follow up on the events calendar
- Assisted in organizing several significant events (Belgium & the Netherlands) and all job and internship fairs in Belgium, from beginning to end
- Support in determining the target audience, location, catering, logistics, etc.
- Maintain contact with suppliers and clients
- Aid in event communication and promotion

**Functie-eisen**
- You are currently pursuing a Bachelor's/Master's degree in communication, marketing, event management, or a related field
- You are proactive and entrepreneurial, with a keen eye for organisation and attention to detail
- You can work well in a team but also independently
- You have excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English
- You are available for an internship of at least four months, working 32 hours per week
